Google utilizes the Data collected to track and examine the use of this Application, to prepare reports on its activities and share them with other Google services. Google may use the Data collected to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network. This Website is integrated with Pardot. Pardot tracks visitor and prospect activities on our Website and on Pardot landing pages by setting cookies in browsers. These cookies are set in order to remember preferences when an individual returns to the Website, such as form field values. A cookie is also set for Pardot users that are logged into the Pardot app, which allows Pardot to maintain the login session, remember table filters, etc. For more information please refer to the Pardot Privacy Statements.

Security

This Website utilizes Secure Sockets Layers (SSL) protocol and firewalls. We take measures to protect information and provide information to CorpTrav employees on a “need-to-know”, password protected basis. CorpTrav uses encryption on applicable PII. All of our partners and products are SOX, PCI, and PII compliant and we take great care to protect your data from outside sources. Although CorpTrav prioritizes security we cannot that our security measures will protect PII in all cases. Please refer to our Data Protection Statement for more information.

Children Under 13

CorpTrav does not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13 on this Website. This Website is not directed towards children under the age of 13. If you are under the age of 13 do not submit any personal identifying information to our Website and cease browsing immediately.

California Privacy Rights

CorpTrav does not disclose personal information to third parties for the purpose of third parties’ direct marketing purposes and alerts you of this in compliance of California Civil Code Section 1798.83.  CorpTrav does not interpret Do Not Track Signals from your browser and discloses this under The California Online Privacy Protection Act (“CalOPPA”).

You may ask us if there is maintained information on you, request a copy of data stored about you, or ask us to remove applicable information stored about your Website usage by emailing a request to marketing@corptrav.com. CorpTrav will respond to submitted requests within 60 (sixty) calendar days.
