Bonnie founded CorpTrav in 1976 with three employees. Bonnie’s dedication to providing the highest quality customer experience has led to CorpTrav becoming one of the largest privately-held corporate travel management firms in the United States.
Bonnie’s passion and vision to build a corporate travel management company delivering superior, personalized client service while using the latest technologies to improve business travel program ROI has shaped CorpTrav into the organization it is today. Mona Blankshain, Chief Operations Officer
Mona has a comprehensive knowledge of corporate travel management, having served as a corporate travel agent, an event planner, and a salesperson; training sales personnel; working in client services; and serving in management and executive roles, including president of event planning, and director of sales. Mona graduated from DePaul University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Marketing and is actively involved in all aspects of CorpTrav, with an emphasis on sales, marketing, and operations.
Mary Batal-Riley, Senior Vice President
Mary Batal-Riley joined CorpTrav in May 2017 as Senior Vice President. Mary is a dynamic cross-functional leader with a reputation for developing and executing successful strategies for global enterprises. Mary’s career includes engagements with air carriers, GDS, TMCs, consulting firms, and corporations. Her strong understanding of the challenges in the travel industry from both the buyer and supplier perspective comes from leading multi-national operational teams, coordinating technology implementation platforms, and conducting global procurement processes from RFP to implementation including daily operations.
Iliana Lara, GTP, Director of Operations
Iliana brings more than 17 years of experience in the travel industry, including roles as an agent (VIP and International), manager, and online booking tool administrator. She also has over six years of experience in customer service and call center management, managing bilingual teams and growing as a leader. In her current role, she manages the day-to-day operations of CorpTrav’s call center floor, providing leadership, motivation, guidance, and training to CorpTrav’s travel consultants.
