Although each company employee receives the highest level of attention, VIP travelers receive additional services and a higher level of attention by specially trained consultants. VIP profiles are flagged as such within our system and reservations highlighted to identify VIP status. VIP reservations are reviewed a minimum of three times by at least two individuals to ensure quality. VIP agents provide the highest services and manage:
- Itinerary checks 24 hours before departure for changes
- Limousine service to and from the airport
- Global monitoring of flight status and advisement on changes
- Status matches
- Access to CorpTrav’s airline partner’s Executive Connections Desks
- Revalidating e-tickets during weather situations so VIP travelers do not have to wait in line
- Sending itineraries to airlines to unblock premium seats
- Obtaining fare matches
- Working with hotels to obtain rooms when hotels are sold out
- Car delivery or limousine service for travelers using corporate jets
- Personal travel arrangements, including reservations and destination research
