Corporate Travel Sales Manager
CorpTrav Management Group, a premier global corporate travel agency, is seeking proven, motivated sales performers. Currently, we have outstanding opportunities in Lombard, IL and Irving, TX for Corporate Travel Sales Managers.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for sourcing and securing mid-market corporate travel accounts.
Responsibilities:
Develop and manage a qualified opportunities pipeline to ensure successful achievement of goals.
Communicate CorpTrav's value proposition to sell professional services and product solutions to meet unique customer needs.
Utilize an in-depth understanding of key business drivers, organizational culture and the competitive position of clients to understand their individual needs, motivations and "hot buttons" in order to develop truly tailored customer focused solutions.
Work with and respond to RFPs.
Close opportunities via a consultative selling approach within a short sales cycle.
Successful candidates will have:
3+ years of proven success in business to business consultative selling is required.
Strong negotiation skills, including the ability to handle objections and achieve mutually beneficial solutions.
Demonstrated ability to quickly learn, understand, and articulate key product and value proposition knowledge in a variety of contexts.
Demonstrated ability to proactively plan, create and execute sales strategies.
Professional communication, presentation and writing skills.
Travel or hospitality industry experience and mid-market client experience required.

Corporate Travel Agents/Consultants
CorpTrav Management Group, a premier global corporate travel agency, has opportunities in Lombard, IL for full and part-time domestic and international corporate travel agents/consultants.
Responsibilities:
Book reservations for air travel, hotel and car rentals, following up to complete the reservation.
Promotes the acceptance of fares, rates and supplies that match the client's travel program policies and negotiated contracts. Applies discount programs appropriately.
Moves market share for CorpTrav preferred suppliers.
Maintains and promotes professional and courteous client relations by managing a prompt and accurate response to telephone and email communications.
Monitors, sorts and works Sabre queues daily to maintain quality control.
Successful candidates will have:
3-5 years Sabre experience required, Native Sabre preferred.
Knows and properly uses airline terminology, codes, fare basis, and airline rules and tariffs.
Solid corporate travel industry experience.
Domestic ticketing experience required, international ticketing experience preferred.
A strong service focus and customer orientation.
A strong oral communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible hours.
